Full bodied tea enhances South Indian masala spices. The finish has cardamom notes peeking out from lively ginger. Superb with milk and sugar.
In addition to it's wonderful taste of the synergy of all the spices along with black tea. Masala Indian chai tea is good for assisting with aches and pains. The spices found in chai tea can help to alleviate common aches and pains and may even help people with more severe pain such as arthritis. These health benefits derive from the anti-inflammatory properties of many of the ingredients in chai tea, specifically ginger and clove.
Organic Ingredients- Black tea, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Black + White pepper, Clove, Nutmeg.

Steep 3-5 minutes. Put 1 slightly heaping teaspoon to every 6-8 oz. water. Add milk and sugar to taste. For proper preparation, Boil all ingredients (loose leaf tea & spices) together along with milk & sugar.
